Tropical Green Smoothie
This one is a winner. I have been making a variation of this green smoothie for years and it is simply scrumptious.
Ready in 8-10 minutes
2-3 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango, frozen 
- 1 banana, frozen 
- 2 heaping cups spinach, fresh or frozen 
- 1 medjool date 
- 5 sprigs fresh cilantro 
- ½ cup greek yogurt 
- 1 small knob ginger, finely diced 
- ¼ cup ice 
- ½ cup coconut milk, or enough to blend 
- Feel free to add chia, hemp, flax seeds if you have them! 
Preparation
- Gather ingredients and a high speed blender. 
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Note: add just enough liquid needed to blend. 
- Enjoy!
