Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Granola
Ready in 20-25 minutes
3 cups or 12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats 
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder 
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or olive oil) 
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (I love the ones by Enjoy Life) 
- 2 tablespoons 100% maple syrup 
- 1 teaspoon flakey sea salt 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, line a sheet tray with parchment paper and grab a medium mixing bowl. 
- Add rolled oats, cacao powder, coconut oil, chocolate chips, maple syrup and flakey salt to the medium mixing bowl. Fold to combine. 
- Spread granola evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and aromatic. 
- Allow for granola to cool for 10-15 minutes for the best crunch and enjoy!
